At MasterGear.to, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, our refund and return policy is limited and clearly defined below.

No Returns on Opened Products

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any opened, used, or partially used items under any circumstances. This is to ensure product integrity for all customers.

Returns on Unopened Items

Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return under the following conditions:

  • Return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is in its original, sealed packaging

  • You must contact our support team at support@mastergear.to and provide your order number, the reason for return, and clear photos of the product

Once approved, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing support@mastergear.to with:

  • Order number

  • Clear images of the product and packaging

  • Description of the issue

Once verified, we will either resend the correct item or offer store credit depending on the situation.

No Refunds on Lost International Shipments

We are not responsible for delays or loss of packages due to customs or local postal services in your country. We do not offer refunds for packages seized, returned, or rejected by customs or lost in transit after leaving our warehouse.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

  • The product was not shipped due to our error

  • An approved return of an unopened item (minus original shipping fee)

  • Duplicate order/payment made in error

All approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, orders are processed and cannot be cancelled or modified. Please double-check your order before confirming payment.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened products

  • Used vials, tablets, or sachets

  • Items on promotion or discount

  • PCT products, ED medications, and HGH vials
